The device operates on a passive principle – as the tractor moves forward, steel digging blades with spreading fins penetrate the soil, separate the tubers from the soil, and lift them to the surface. Two side arrow-shaped blades loosen the soil, while special vibrating lamellas sift the soil and leave only the harvested crops on the surface.
