Earth Auger 200 mm for Tauros T08–T20 Mini Excavators

The TAUROS 200 mm earth auger is a hydraulically powered attachment designed for Tauros T08 to T20 mini excavators. A 200 mm drilling diameter is a versatile size for fence installation, tree planting, preparing holes for smaller structures, or drilling holes for micropiles.

The drive runs off the mini excavator's hydraulic circuit, so the operator can control the auger conveniently right from the machine. The drive unit delivers 500 Nm of torque at speeds up to 50 rpm, providing enough power for efficient work in common soil types. The reference working pressure is 160 bar. With a 900 mm auger bit length, it can create sufficiently deep holes, for example for fence posts or planting. Compared to manual drilling, the mini excavator can hold the auger in the correct position, create holes repeatedly, and significantly speed up the work.

The TAUROS 200 mm earth auger is well suited for drilling holes for fence posts, gates, traffic and informational signage, tree and shrub planting, anchoring pergolas and shelters, small piles, and other gardening, agricultural, or construction work. A major advantage of the mini excavator is the ability to precisely position the auger and repeatedly create holes of the same size, significantly boosting productivity – for example when building longer fences.
