Strengthening Ties Between TAUROS and YTO
From May 5 to 7, 2025, a significant business visit took place at the headquarters of Tauros s.r.o. in Uherský Brod. Mr. Ziwu Fan, Director for Europe, Africa, and Australia at YTO Group—the largest Chinese tractor manufacturer—visited the Czech Republic. The purpose of his visit was to solidify and expand the strategic collaboration between the two companies.
During an intensive program, Mr. Fan met with the top management of Tauros. Discussions focused on YTO's new product lines for the European market, business strategies for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and, most importantly, the conclusion of a new multi-year agreement for the exclusive distribution of YTO brand tractors.
YTO Group – A Global Market Leader
YTO Group is the largest and historically oldest tractor manufacturer in China, with a tradition dating back to 1955. The company employs nearly 20,000 people, produces up to 100,000 tractors annually, and holds the largest market share domestically. YTO boasts the most extensive manufacturing and testing facilities for agricultural machinery in Asia.
Shared Vision for 2026
During the discussions, Tauros presented its vision to become the market leader in small tractors and compact agricultural machinery in the Czech Republic and Slovakia by 2026. A key component of this vision is the combination of in-house production of Tauros-branded machines, collaboration with Chinese and Indian manufacturers, and a strategic partnership with YTO.
